As women, we suffer a LOT in silence, and we should not have to.
My autobiography, When Tears are NOT Enough, expresses in my own words what I had to endure and how God delivered me. It chronicles my life in Baltimore City and my journey to become the first medical doctor in my family.

My childhood in Baltimore was not the backdrop for a TV sitcom, but that didn't stop me from dreaming. School never came easy for me, and for most of my formative years, I went undiagnosed with a learning impediment that made things much harder for me...but I never quit. I could have easily become a statistic of the environmental influence of my surroundings, but God had another plan for me. Today, they call me Dr. Lock, and I owe it all to Him!
